Triple-A Brand

What is Triple-A Brand in franchising?

A term used at Waypoint to describe franchise brands that occupy the optimal position for first-time buyers: mature enough to have proven systems, real support infrastructure, and a track record worth trusting, but not so oversaturated that the best territories are gone. Major-league brands (household names) offer name recognition but limited open territory. Triple-A brands offer open territory, growing demand, and the operational depth of an established system. Finding a Triple-A brand in the right category for the right buyer is the core of the matching process.
