Recurring Revenue Model

What is Recurring Revenue Model in franchising?

A business structure where customers pay on a scheduled, repeat basis, such as monthly memberships, weekly service routes, or annual contracts, rather than through one-time transactions. Recurring revenue creates predictable cash flow, reduces customer acquisition cost, and improves a business's exit valuation. Pet waste removal, mosquito control, pool maintenance, fitness memberships, and many senior care models operate this way. The ratio of recurring to transactional revenue is one of the most important indicators of franchise stability.
